SEBOKENG. – Moshoeshoe Road was the scene of yet another accident during rush hour on Tuesday morning.
Seven cars were involved in an accident that caused an early traffic jam. The reason for the accident is still unknown.
It’s reported that a Nissan Stanza in the fast lane locked its wheels in a sudden stop, piling up the seven other cars behind it.
Sebokeng SAPS, paramedics, including the Emfuleni Traffic Department were deployed to the scene. No injuries were reported. When Sedibeng Ster arrived, all seven cars were still in the chain of the collision.
One motorist said that he did not really know what exactly had happened – it was just an unfortunate accident that involved seven cars. An accident report has been opened by the Traffic Department and Sebokeng Police. Lieutenant Teboho Lephoto said they are investigating the case.
