All African Sports

SEBOKENG. – The Vaal Ford Focus Family in conjunction with Emfuleni Local Municipality hosted a successful All African Sports Tournament at Saul Tsotetsi Sports Complex in Zone 14 on Saturday.
This All African Sports Tournament saw local teams going toe-to-toe against foreign national teams in an effort to re-ignite the spirit of Africanism and comradeship.
The sporting activities that formed part of the event include soccer, netball, volleyball, aerobics and performing arts. The event kicked off with an exciting mass car convoy from Evaton Mall.
This initiative advocated a message against Xenophobia and to organise an appeal to all.
The day programme will see local legends from the Sedibeng Masters League and celebrities taking part on the day.
The ELM MMC for Sports and Recreation Shaka Radebe delivered a keynote address regarding the initiative – “The All Africa Sports Tournament.”
