Sector 4 residents welcome SAPS Station commander Brigadier Hoaeane
VANDERBIJLPARK. - Residents of the SW areas and surrounding smallholdings met the new Vanderbijlpark SAPS station commander at the crime prevention meeting on 2 March 2017. The meeting at Eligwa Primary school was well attended.

VANDERBIJLPARK. – Residents of the SW areas and surrounding smallholdings met the new Vanderbijlpark SAPS station commander at the crime prevention meeting on 2 March 2017. The meeting at Eligwa Primary school was well attended.
Brigadier Hoaeane expressed her commitment in assisting the community in preventing and reducing crime. She also stated that she does not tolerate corruption or abuse of police resources and equipment, saying: “You as our community are our eyes and ears. We want you to report poor SAPS service delivery and to inform us about any abuse of police vehicles. We are here to serve the community, but cannot do it without your help.”
Sector 4 CPF chairperson Cor Schönborn said: “We urge every resident to become involved in local neighbourhood watch groups and community patrol groups. There is no maximum age limit. Positive involvement is the only way to make a difference.”
