High Court litigation on Emfuleni bulk supply disconnection postponed further

The South Gauteng High Court litigation on the Eskom bulk supply disconnection to Emfuleni has yesterday been postponed further to 16 October, 2018.
Eskom suspended the disconnection of bulk electricity supply to Emfuleni Local Municipality since it was scheduled for 6 August 2018, pending a court hearing which took place yesterday and was subsequently postponed.
A notice in line with the Promotion of the Administration of Justice Act (PAJA) will be issued informing the public of the outcome of the court hearing.
