This weekend – A day of horse racing, show jumping, great food and fun at the Vaal

The World Sports Betting August Stakes takes place this Saturday 29 August at the Vaal Racecourse in what is expected to be a bumper day at the races.

Not only will there be thrilling horse racing, but for the first time at the Vaal there will also be ‘Racing To Jump’ – a show jumping initiative with 83 horses competing on Saturday, 27 of these are ex racehorses including seven times winner and sire Nacht Musiek.

For racegoers who also have a love of all things horse-power, BMW Vaalridge Auto will be showcasing a range of their top vehicles on course.

Delicious food and a Craft Market will add to the fun and festivities on the day.

With so much to offer, race day organizers are anticipating a strong attendance come Saturday.

The event will start at 10 am and finish at around 4 pm..
