Driver escapes injury in vehicle fire

SASOLBURG. – Shawn Herbst, Media Liaison Officer for Netcare 911 reported that at 14:48 Tuesday afternoon,  27 Augustus, Netcare 911 responded to reports of a vehicle fire on the R59 in Vaal Park, Sasolburg.

Reports from the scene indicate that a light delivery vehicle had caught alight. The driver of the bakkie, an adult male managed to escape from burning vehicle and had not sustained any injuries.
