Vehicle rollover leaves woman seriously injured

ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene shortly after 05h00 to find a light motor vehicle off to the side of the road. A woman, believed to be in her 20s, was found lying inside the vehicle.

Medics assessed the woman and found that she had sustained numerous injuries and was in a serious condition.

The woman was treated, provided with pain-relief medication and was thereafter transported to Kopanong Provincial Hospital for further care.

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
