On closer inspection, paramedics found a security guard lying in the entrance of the business while two other patients were found further inside.
“Medics assessed the patients and found that the security guard had sustained two gunshot wounds and was in a critical condition. The two other patients had sustained only minor injuries. The patients were treated for their injuries and the critically injured man provided with advanced life support interventions before they were transported to nearby hospitals for further care,” ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring said in a statement.
The details surrounding this incident are not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
