Being born into a traditional Greek family where food, cakes and deserts are a vital part of life, kick started her passion for baking and creating at a very young age.
Her love for baking and cooking soon lead to her experimenting with new flavours, textures, tastes and spices and the results were “absolutely tasteful”.
“It is a very exciting and a satisfying feeling when new creations come together,” says Jannoula.
All her cakes and creations are baked from scratch and only the best ingredients are used.
