I would like to take this opportunity to thank ADT Security for the quick response of their team that assisted my husband André and me on the night that our vehicle broke down in Sasolburg. Our vehicle is still under guarantee and therefore we had to phone Chevrolet’s road assistance. While on the phone, the road assistance agent said that he would send out the police or a security company to wait with us until the towing firm of Sasvaal arrived. I mentioned to him that we are clients of ADT Security. He made a call to their offices and within five minutes, two reaction officers, Mr SA Nevondwe and Mr A Mbele, were on the scene to assist us. These two officers waited with us until our vehicle was taken in by Sasvaal for repairs. According to us these officers were two in a million. It must be a privilege to have them as part of your team. They are prepared to walk that extra mile for their clients, and were also very kind and friendly. To them our safety was their number one priority and we’d like to thank them for their outstanding work.
