VANDERBIJLPARK. – The Vanderbijlpark police are investigating a culpable homicide case following an incident that occurred on 25 May this year at around 22:00, at Hendrick Van Eck Boulevard Vanderbijlpark SE8.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Gertrude Makhale said that Bongani Terrence Mathebula (32) was allegedly driving a silver Ford Figo which was involved in the accident. “Mr Mathebula was rushed to a local hospital and he later lost his life. “We are asking anyone who witnessed or has information about the accident to please come forward to make a statement as this can be of great assistance with the investigation,” said Makhale. She adds that this can also be a healing process and help in bringing closure that is needed for the Mathebula family.
