This morning EMER-G-MED’s RV5, M08, A04 and A11 responded to reports of a taxi MVC on the corner of Bruce and Twist, in Hillbrow
It’s believed that the taxi’s brakes, and in order to avoid colliding with another vehicle the driver swerved into a wall.
Approximately ten passengers sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate. One person required Advanced Life Support intervention.
The patients were treated for their injuries on scene before being transported to various nearby hospitals for further treatment.
