Serial rapist blamed liquor for his actions

VEREENIGING. – Sharpeville Serial rapist Moeketsi Emmanuel Monyake said the reason why his sentence should be reduced is the fact that he is father of three, has family outside and that he was under influence of liquor.

“My father left us when I was two and my mother is still out there. Therefore I plead with this honourable court to forgive me.”

Adding to his statement he said “Liqour made me do the wrong stuff which I am now accused of.”
