The SAIEE Vaal Centre hosts talk on “Leading with the Brain in Mind – An introduction to the neuroscience of leadership”

The world in which we work and live is constantly changing and many leaders are struggling to keep up. Keeping people motivated and engaged is becoming extremely difficult but the emerging field of neuroleadership is providing some real answers.

The South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE) Vaal Centre has arranged for Manie Bosman, international leadership consultant and CEO of the Strategic Leadership Institute, to take us on a mindful and possibly life-changing journey into the emerging field of neuroleadership. This new science-backed approach to leadership integrates the latest findings from neuroscientific research with cutting-edge leadership theory and practice.

The presentation will look at the challenges of leadership in the 21st Century and provide revelational insight into the workings of the human brain and how this could be harnessed to deal with internal challenges while improving your impact as an influencer and leader of people.

The event is sponsored by the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE) Vaal Centre and entrance is free.  Persons attending the lecture need not be registered with the SAIEE. The lecture is opened to all interested parties and is not exclusively reserved for electrical engineers.  The event details are as follows:
