Mr & Miss Vaal 2016 crowned
The winners in the different categories of this year’s Mr and Miss Vaal competitions were crowned during two gala nights (September 23 and 24) at Lords Signature Hotel in Vereeniging.
VEREENIGING. – Weeks of hard work finally paid off as the gruelling task of choosing ambassadors for the Vaal lay before the judges of Mr and Miss Vaal 2016. The winners in the different categories of this year’s Mr and Miss Vaal competitions were crowned during two gala nights (September 23 and 24) at Lords Signature Hotel in Vereeniging. At the gala evening contestants were dressed by Sedgars and Mariska Pfahl Couture.
Lords Signature Hotel was one of the main sponsors of this prestigious competition and sponsored the gala event venue, R5 000 in cash to each of the five winners, and also provided the finalists’ golf shirts.
Lords Signature Hotel’s new wing was also launched during the pageant weekend. The 29 brand new rooms, each with an en suite bathroom and individual balcony, face the new swimming pool of 625 square metres. The pool also includes a baby pool and is close to a well-equipped kiddies play park to entertain the little ones while their parents can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in the immaculately kept gardens. There is also a new a la carte restaurant “La Baroness.”
