Good Day Marietjie & others,

 Your letter as well as previous meetings with me at Herfsoord refer.

 I am 100% in line with your frustration on how the community, and more specifically, in your case the elderly community is respected and treated by ELM. As discussed in our meeting at Herfsoord you are facing a potential catastrophe with the substation next to frail care that are in urgent need of service……but ignored by ELM.

 Your frustration with the Smartmeters (and water supply) and the potential implications for your residents is really worrying. Secondly the lack of response and feedback from ELM staff is really annoying. The only conclusion I can get is that they either don’t care or are so ill discipline in their responsibility whilst at work..

 Can I assure you that I in my capacity within the GTCoC, and with some people included in this mail, are working….sometimes fighting….. timeously to be change agents in our community and municipality.
